Wu Hao Tai Chi Chuan
Tai Chi Chuan is a method of Chinese martial arts most noted for it’s soft flowing movements and health cultivation practices. The method of Tai Chi Chuan we practice is the Wu or Wu Hao style of Wu Yu-xiang (separate from another popular Wu style of Wu Jian Quan). The Wu Hao style is known as a small frame method of Taichi, using small soft movements practitioners are taught to minimize motions and practice with maximum efficiency in mind. As well as self defense, the Wu Hao method of Taichi is practiced for it’s meditative and health building qualities. The Practice of Taichi is known to increase stamina, coordination, flexibility, balance and reduce stress.
