Personal Training provides an option for those who wish to supplement their training on specific topics or for those unable to attend regular class sessions. Personal Training sessions are divided into 1 hour sessions contact us for availability

1 Hour Session: $40.00

4 Hour Package: $100.00

8 Hour Package: $160.00

We have received many inquires as to what to expect during the course of a normal class. The Choy Lay Fut Kung Fu system is expansive covering a wide range of topics such as self defense, traditional and modern exercises, empty hand forms, weapons forms and application, sport competition etc. We understand that many martial arts schools will divide these specific topics into separate classes, often available at extra cost. At HSMAA we have developed a comprehensive lesson plan that covers the needed ground to become proficient in all areas of the system without the need to attend “special” classes. Our program works on both and individual and group level to provide a clear path through the system to attain mastery of the material.

Effective June 1st, 2013 classes will be based on quarterly sessions. Each quarter is a 3 month session followed by rank testing and graduation upon completion of the session. This method provides a way to set and accomplish clear goals keeping the motivation of the student high as well as giving them a realistic assessment of where they stand in the systems curriculum. New students can begin at any time during a session but must complete a full quarter session in order to be eligible for rank advancement.
